About our Founder

Jake Mullins is a proud husband to Kelly and a father of three beautiful children. They live on a farm south of Atlanta where they believe in the simple life. Faith has shaped their family life and they are active in their church and community.

Jake has over 20 years of leadership experience including large, publicly traded companies. He began his career as an entrepreneur and started his own technology business. He operated that company for 5 years before selling it.

After selling his company, Jake took a sales position at AT&T. He spent the next 10 years in various positions at AT&T across the country and started to quickly climb the corporate ladder.

In 2012, AT&T made the decision to start a new wireless company called Aio Wireless. This new company required speed and innovation because everything was going to be developed from scratch – this was a startup owned by a large corporation. Jake was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer for Aio Wireless. In this role, he had responsibility for sales, sales operations, customer care, online, training, and distribution strategy.

In 2014, Aio Wireless acquired Cricket Wireless. Jake led the merger strategy and planning for Aio Wireless and Cricket Wireless for sales, operations, customer care, and online. After the merger was completed, Jake served as the Chief Operating Officer for the new Cricket Wireless.


After leaving Cricket, Jake joined Teleperformance as the Executive Vice President of Strategic Accounts. During his tenure, he led the fastest growing client in Teleperformance’s portfolio. He was responsible for global client relationships and operations across all the populated continents.

Jake decided to put his executive experience to use by writing the book Adapted Leadership and starting ProLine Growth in 2018. ProLine Growth is currently serving clients in the US, Europe, and India.

Jake holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Everglades University in Florida. He graduated Summa Cum Laude as the Valedictorian with a 4.0 GPA.
